Milo's Chair
Here's the chair I mentioned in my recent post about Robin Day. An original Hille manufactured chair from the 1960s, won for 99p on ebay.

Robin Day
In the week when I won my 99p starting bid on a navy blue child's Robin Day designed, Hille manufactured, polypropylene stacking chair, I was very sad to learn that the greatest of British designers has passed away, in the same year as his wife Lucienne, aged 95.
We also have a white Polo Sled chair which is a dream to sit in and, until we have more space at home, lives at P's studio.

Robin Day for John Lewis
Have you seen the recently released collection of Robin Day chairs for John Lewis? Such a shame that I don't have any room at all for any more chairs... I'd be there like a shot to pick up a white one or two...

Polo Chair... it's mine
We needed a chair and table for the space where P is showing his paintings, so naturally I had the perfect excuse to order the white Robin Day Polo Chair... it looks a treat with the white Ikea Muddus table, don't you think?

Polo Chair
I'm working on the reason why I need to buy this polypropylene Polo Chair, designed by Robin Day in 1972.
