Today we enjoyed the afternoon with friends at a 4oth birthday party. The birthday boy is a very special friend to P (and me), and so P presented him with a new painting to celebrate the special occasion.
I can't deny that I had a rather open bout of jealousy over the gift giving, as with all of P's paintings... I wanted to keep it myself!
