194 N Wall Lamp
More lighting... we don't need a wall lamp, but that doesn't stop me from dreaming about where I'd put this 194 N wall lamp by Gino Sarfatti, if I were ever lucky enough to own one!

New addition to my book collection #10
Spot It! Find the Hidden Creatures is the English translated version of Delphine Chedru's Cherche la petite bĂȘte!

A fun book for little ones to play with and full of wonderful patterns for big ones to look at!

Michael Raedecker
We recently visited the Camden Arts Centre to see an exhibition of paintings by Michael Raedecker. It's well worth the trip.

Pure Style
I'm longing for a more simple environment... too much clutter and not enough time to sort it all out! I'd like to pass the time at Jane Cumberbatch's serene Pure Style location house in South London.

Peonies
This week we bought a few bunches of pure white peonies at Colombia Road Flower Market. They have the most amazing scent.

More glass
This is just the bowl I need to serve up a lovely seasonal rhubarb trifle.
Jamie Oliver has a fine selection of contemporary glassware available via his on line shop Jme. I love the simple and colourful packaging design too.

Glass
I love the simple shape of this glass Tonale carafe designed by David Chipperfield.

Geffrye Museum
After our visit to the V&A Museum of Childhood, we took a trip to one of my favourite London museums, The Geffrye. The museum is set in 18th century almshouses and displays English style sitting rooms from 1600 through to the present day.

The current special exhibition is Ethelburga Tower: At home in a high-rise. The exhibition is a collection of photographs of the same room in each apartment in the building where the photographer, Mark Cowper, has lived for the past 20 years. Cowper asked his neighbours if he could photograph their living room, just as he found them when he knocked on their door, to capture the differences in light throughout the building... it has ended up being a fascinating record of the way the residents all live differently in the same space.

Museum of Childhood
Deerylou and I recently went to see the Snozzcumbers and Frobscottle exhibition at the V&A Museum of Childhood. It's an exhibition celebrating the wonderful union between the storyteller Roald Dahl and illustrator Quentin Blake.

Finland Formula
Today I used the last of this amazing Finland Formula 'Fin Rose' hand cream from Japan.

No idea how I can get any more, which is such a shame as it's the nicest hand cream I have ever used!

Josef Albers
Today, P and I took a trip to Waddington Galleries on Cork Street, to look at the beautiful collection of Josef Albers paintings which they are currently showing. We saw them last week too. The exhibition runs until 2 May. If you have chance to visit, I would highly recommend it.
